If you go to https://community.webshots.com/user/powerstroke2010  and click on "My Vehicles" you will see a photo of the FOB in mention.   

The front has the lock & unlock buttons, along with another button on each side of the FOB.    On the rear of this particular unit, there is a small switch in the middle, which changes the color of the small LED from red to green.

I need to find out what brand this is, so that I can get a replacement.    The car only came with one when I purchased it.    I have had other keys cut, but can't use them unless the alarm is turned off first obviously.
