WIRING INFORMATION - SUBARU / IMPREZA / 2003 / Remote Start
12volts white + ignition harness
Starter WHITE/ black + ignition harness
Ignition green + ignition harness
Accessory yellow + ignition harness
Power Lock RED / white - gray plug at integrated module
Notes: The integrated module is to the left of the steering column.
Power Unlock yellow/red - gray plug at integrated module
Parking Lights+ BLACK/ red or orange + parking switch
Parking Lights- BLACK/ white - lighting switch
Notes: The negative parking lights wire only works with the ignition on.
Reverse Light BROWN / yellow + pass. kick, harness to rear
Door Trigger yellow - gray plug at integrated module
Dome Supervision blue - blue plug at integrated module
Trunk/Hatch Pin yellow/red - keyless entry control module
Notes: The keyless entry control module is above the driver kick panel.
Tachometer green ac ECM below glove box
Notes: On the non-turbo models the tach is in pin 10 of the 35 pin plug. On the turbo models the tach is in pin 9 of the 24 pin plug.
The tach wire is also found behind the instrument cluster in the 10 pin plug.
Brake Wire WHITE/ black + brake pedal switch
Parking Brake lt. green - parking brake switch
Horn Trigger RED / green - steering column or keyless
Notes: The keyless entry control module is above the driver kick panel.
04's are basically the same as an 03. Pin location at ECU for tach is different, but thats all.
