i want power locks, is this all i need or do i need a relay?

oh and is 5 wire better than 2 wire?

Yes, that actuator will work, you will need 2 5 wire relays setup like this https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#arp

But if you go with that kit from ebay, it looks like it has all you need.
