WHen you turn the key to ACC, radio etc get power.
When you turn the key to ON, Ignition gets power.
IF there are 2 ignitions, do both get power at the same time or is there a delay between the two?

When y ou turn the key to START, power to ACC gets cut off while the DC Starter motor gets energized. Does power to 2nd ignition get cut off too during this time?

No. It is an IGN, so it is + 12 in "run" and "crank"

IGN 1 and 2, 3 etc... will come on at the same time,.

My car has 2 ignition cables. I connected only one.
However when I remote start, the heater or AC do not run.

I don't know if it is the second ignition powering my heater/AC or an extra Accessories power. Reason why I think this, is because when you "crank" the engine, ACC and heater/airconditionner both go off until the car is back on IGN.
