I am installing a Crimestopper RS900VI on a 2003 Ford Excursion. I bought a bypass kit from https://www.AutoAlarmPro.com for this application, but I cannot get it to program and they want me to send it back for a replacement. I don't have time to do that, this vehicle needs to be done today.
Is there any way that I can bypass this without a module like you can on the GMs?

Yeah but you need a extra key for the transponder system....

Make sure that you wrap the 20 -24 gauge wire about 8-10 times for both the cylinder and the key to ensure a proper signal transfer over the wire from the relay to the PATS computer.
