Can someone tell me what exactly is the actuator on a central locking system? and Is it possible to wire my alarm central locking outputs into the wires that are coming out of the motor on the drivers door.

An actuator is a motor that drives the locking mechanism in each door. Per door you have an actuator that closes and opens the lock of each door. In order for all of them to close and open simultaniously they have to be joined together. Usualy by a device with relays built in.
To answer your Q:
Some alarms can be connected directly to an actuator while other alarm (most of them) only gives an output of aprox 200mA to control relays of the central door locking system. These types of output cannot be connected to an actuator directly because the current is not strong enough to drive the actuator.
You have to figure out what type of output your alarm has and also what type of CDL you have. Usually you can hear the relays clicking by opening and closing the locks. You have to look there, and make the proper connections at those relays.

Your best choic is to install a after market acutaor in the drivers door and run that from the alarm via 2 relay this whey when you lock the car witht he alarm it locks the drivers door and the other all follow suit with te cental locking
