OK i have a Hornet 553t.  When the alarm goes off the parking lights flash.   The problem is when i turn my parking lights on at night they will not turn on.  I also have no lighting in the gauge cluster either.  As soon as you arm or disarm the alarm you can see all the lights flash.  I noticed there is no voltage going to the dimmer switch.  Can anyone help me so i can drive my car at night.  It is a 94 honda accord ex.

if i were a betting man i'd bet you it's a blown fuse... many vehicles have more than one fuse panel...check in your owners manual for the specific location of the dash light fuse....

Your car has 2 fuse boxes: drivers kick panel and under the hood.  Check all fuses by testing them.  Also your car has a male spade above the fuse box in the kick panel that works your flashing lights.  Some alarms can be programed for (-) or (+) flashing light s,  make sure yours is the correct polarity.
