I have an 03 alarm in my bay right now with a factory alarm, it always goes off when remote starting. I have powered up the ignitions before starting with the disarm wire of the RS, no change. I am using an autostart and a GIT cav bypass module.... anybody with any ideas please shoot. This is an emergency, i'll be here all night trying to fix it so post!!!

I have the same model car with the factory alarm and installed a viper 2 way remote starter. There's no disarm wire, the alarm should disenage with the ignition. Maybe ur firing up the wrong ignition wires, I used the pink ignition wire only and didn't touch the RS disarm wire. I also used pl2003 bybass module. Try disarming with the OEM remote. Hope this helps!

this car will not disarm factory alarm if using a databus based passlock system, you HAVe to use one that sends an Rcode to the yellow wire in the passlock harness

Thats exactly what I did. Make sure that the pink wire is the first ignition wire going to the RS. The OEM alarm shoulden't being going off if its the pink wire is powered up. I also kept the bypass module grounded at all times, not that it affects the OEM alarm but give that a try.
