How due I stop the alarm to chirp or give warning whenever someone hits the cars slightly. Even if a car passes by it gives a warning. I don't want that, I just want it to go off whenever it is hit hard enough or broken in, etc

That is part of the shock sensor. There may be a way to turn it off in the settings. I don't think you want to turn it off...you may just want to turn down your shock sensor. If a car passes by and it chirps at you it's too sensitive unless it has a loud exhaust on it.

cut the wire on the shock harness that triggers the warning voltage.

I dont think cutting it off is the best idea, just reduce the sensitivity of the prewarn.

Yes, I can reduce the sensitivity. I just would have liked for the alarm not to give me the warn chirps. I would have preffered it if it just went to full siren like my viper used to due.

I was actually about to cut one of the wires on the shock senor but I guess there is mixed thoughts about that.
