Quick questions.... Does the 98 have a VATS. PL1, or PL2 anti theft? Factory Alarm? how can I tell? Customer doesn't have the factory key fob. Does have power locks?

I have the wire colors but the

has me a bit confused. How can i tell if it has a antitheft or not? I to see by the wire colors that it does have a factory alarm, thank you for this info

There is no keyless bypass module available for this vehicle. You have to loose a key to a universal bypass module.
