the switch does nothing either w/ the ignition on or off.  my connections are fine.  what is the best way to troubleshoot the switch?

What system and car is this installation for ? Did you check the wire for power when you tested the switch ?

switch reads 4.61

question - do all of the "features" / wires from the "brain" need to be connected?

i.e. i only have the power lock feature activated
