97 Accord
Alarm - MAT 5-c
Everything is wired properly. Valet switch has power.
What are some of the reasons the switch would not be working?

Your valet switch will only work with the key in the ignition. Some alarms require you to perform a certain sequence of actions to activate your valet function. It is very hard to read your post, you may want to re-submit it.
