Going to wire 3 or 4 LED's in series:

10,400mcd 3.6V at 20mA ea.

and have a LED SCANNER going all when the alarm is ON...

is it OK or will it be drawing to much from teh battery?

that is fine it will not draw enough to do anything to the battery. Well this is assuming your battery is good and in working order.over time this will be a draw but assuming a 10 hour period between restarts this will be fine.
