I am having on hell of a time finding the interior supervision light wire in my 98 expedition. I am told that it would be in the passenger kick panel, I forget the colors right now. I wired a relay to that location so that my (-) dome light supervision energizes the realy to provide +12volt when I find the wire, I've tested ALL wires at the junctions in pass side and get no +12volt when door is open, but nothing when closed (I figure Im looking for +12 when the light is on, 0v when its off, but I cant find it, any help please....

the wire you are looking for is a black wire with a blue strip on it and it is in the pass, kick. and it is positive. If you cant find it just go th the domelight itself , and find it there and run your wire down, save your self a headache
