What is the best kind / brand of alarm? I want to get one with a pager and to be able to open the shaved doors but besides that I dont know what I should get or need. I dont know if it matters but the alarm will be going into a 91 honda crx si (if it makes any difference)

viper is prolly one of the best unit, i like it cause its really easy to install. i also like compustar due to far range. both have multiple channels to operate ur accessories like door popper.

hmm... the best depends on your situation/needs/wants. it really does come down the the install tho. take a clifford 3.5 or the same thing in viper, and do a sh*t job, you get a sh*t alarm.
