Any idea why illuminated entry works fine when disarming the vehicle when it has NOT been remote started and doesn't work when it has been remote started?

Um, what type of system?

I had a car with an alarm, and then I added a remote starter.  The domelight supervision only worked when not remotely started like you said.

Then I put a remote start and alarm (one system) in a different car, and the domelight supervision works whether remotely started or not.

Do you have an add-on system?  Hmmm....I wonder if it could still work with an add-on remote start.

I'm not sure what the problem is....how do you have the relay for the domelight supervision set up?

The second (all-in-one) system I was talking about above was the 550 esp.  Again, it still works when remotely started.
