I recently purchased a remote start for my 2000 hyundai elantra.  I want to take advantage of the door lock/unlock feature.  But my lockes work like this---when i unlock w/ the key or even from inside on the drivers side (have to move lock manually...not a poer switch)...all of the doors unlock......what do i need to use the keyless entry....maybe just an actuator?....please help.....and also help with maybe a wiring diagram of what i need to do with the actuator....thanks for any help!!!

Hyundai uses a central locking system, adding an actuator to your drivers door will allow you to use
the keyless entry feature of your starter, the wiring diagram for the actuator will usually come with the power doorlock kit, check with your local shops to see if maybe they have a spare actuator they could sell you at a reduced cost, seeing as you only need the one and not a full kit....hope this helps....
