if i am installing about 4 additional sensors to my existing alarm... will they interact badly if i only have one trigger wire to splice into for all 4 extra sensors? is it even a good idea to use my warn and pre-warn wires from my shock sensor? maybe i should just use them like a seperate system and power them with my armed output from the alarm and a relay, so that i could have them pulse my siren without triggering my alarm system... i don't want a motion sensor to tell me that someone just walked by my car by showing up as a light shock on my remote, or that the door is open, you know? any ideas?

if the alarm module only has so many input triggers that can set the alarm into ringing mode, then you don't really have other options. usually, connecting them all into the shock sensor wires is just fine, but i recommend diode isolating all of them. otherwise the feedback produced from each of the sensors often produces some very strange results, such as the alarm ringing in full trigger mode even though it should only be just a "warn away".

good luck!
