Have installed a Ford 2w7z-19g364-ca  in my truck.  When I attempt start I get dash light up and clicking but no engine turn. If I use key to start and press remote ,truck will run on key removal (abs light and seat belt light come on) and shut off when brake is applied or hood lifted. Using pats 555f transponder and have also tried a keyed transponder. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!

The 555F did not program properly or the ground out when running wire is not receiving a proper ground. Also, it sounds like you did not get all the ignition wires if your ABS light is still on.

The part that really irks me is the vehicle will run after being key started, remote pushed and key removed and shut off  by brake push.

The situation you describe means that the bypas module is not functioning properly. If all the IGN and ACC wires are hooked up properly then the car willl run after you start it and press the remote start button. If the wires were not hooked up properly, then the car would stall or none of the functions inside the car would work. Did you make sure that the 555F programmed properly with the two keys ? If so, you may have a bad module or like I said before, your GOWR wire is not working properly.

Jeff, Thank you for your help it is apppreciated.  I am confused as to GOWR wire. I don't see a specific wire for this. Could it be part of the module function? I had to cut starter wire and run the key side to 1 module wire, and the motor side to another would this be the suspect connection? Again thank you for your time.

The GOWR wire is a wire that has a (-) current on it ONLY during remote start. This powers the bypass module or secondary IGN or ACC wires that require relays.

Like a bad dream I'm back,   After a weather delay have wiring open again and see that my ingnition 1 is hooked to a thick grey and yellow wire, also see second (thin grey and yellow wire) assume is ignition 2. Is it critical for unit to start to install ignition 2....seems to be just dummy dash lights?

Went to a pro for advice. Wiring diagram I was given with system said to connect (grey yellow) to hvac1 output.  I have since learned there are 2 g/w wires.

He tells me to put relays on the 2 grey and white wires  which I now see are are ignition2 and 3 and connect to ignition 2 at the module. Does this sound correct? If so what wire should I run to hvac1? heat/ac(BLACK/ green)?    This is a learning experience for me. Thank you for your patience.
