If the car's an automatic, the neutral safety switch is on the transmission - however you shouldn't need to do anything to it if you're hooking up a remote start. The factory switch only allows current to the starter wire if the transmission is in park or neutral. You can just ground the NSS wire from the remote start unit.

its a manual. And the remote start is made specifically for a manual trans.

it should still be a plug and wire coming out of the transmission. usually, there is a cable that bolts in that is the speedometer, a wire that plugs in for your reverse lights, and another wire that plugs in that is your neutral safety switch. you could test which one it is with a continuity tester, or just unplug one wire at a time and check which plug when if removed, will not allow the car to start. make sure you double check this before you hack into wires though, always check twice, cuz you can really mess up things that you wouldn't think of if you're not careful.
