okay, im installing an alarm/remote start on a 99 lexus gs 400.  everything works fine, however i want to roll the windows up and down, as well as make the gas door pop.  i can do all of the things, but i only have 2 aux's.  i know the starter kill puts out a ground only when armed.  so i hooked the window roll down to aux 2.  and the window roll up and the gas door to aux 1.  i used the starter kill as the ground to the window roll up.  the gas door only opens when disarmed.  just as i wanted it to, however, when armed the windows roll up and the gas door opens.  is there anyway i can isolate the two.

Why don't you just hook up the window roll up function on the (-) when armed and the gas door on AUX 1 and the window roll down on AUX 2 ? This way, when you arm the car the windows roll up and also you separate the gas door open function. How often are you going to roll up your windows and not have the system armed ? Even if you do this often, you can just disarm the system after the windows have rolled up all the way.

here's how you roll up and down the windows with only one channel

85: 12 volts
86: domelight supervision
30: aux out from alarm
87a: car's lock wire
87: car's unlock wire

to operate: lock then roll up
             unlock then roll down
