i'm thinking it's 2, i could be wrong. I do know of the trunk release and an optional channel 4 output.

Ok, would this be possible to set up with this alarm or would I need a channel expander?

When I arm the alarm I want it to automatically lock my doors and role up my window. When I disarm I want it to automatically unlock my doors. I want to use the remote to be able to open the trunk, roll-up the windows and roll-down the windows. If anyone has this setup please tell me, thankyou.

that's actually pretty simple.

There should be a wire from the rollup module that rolls the windows up when grounded.  attach that to the ground when armed output on the starter kill.  you will want to use a diode to separate them or the windows will roll up when the ignition is shut off.

there should also be a channel input from the window module. attach that to the channel four output from the alarm.  When you arm the system it will roll up the windows.  when you disarm it it will just unlock the doors.

When you make the window roll-up using the ground when armed signal. This wire supplies a (-) 500 mA ground as long as the system is armed. This output ceases as soon as the system is disarmed.

What I want to know is if I use one of the auxiliary channels to roll-down my window, will it roll-down while the alarm is still armed or will it still be recieving the ground signal and not roll-down?

when you goto roll down the window with the 4th channel it will roll down.   now i don't know if when you roll down the windows if that will trip the alarm because it'll detect a slight current draw.
