Can someone help me..my car alarm works perfectly fine except arm and disarm chirp does not sound anymore

i had the tranny changed and they must have removed the battery which cleared the memory

can someone help me to reactivate the chirp?

make sure the siren isnt blown, take it out and touch it to the battery and see if it goes off

does the alarm siren different from the chirp?

cause the alarm itself works..i've set it off to see if it was blown or now

Some alarms have programming options such as silent arm and disarm. Maybe it was reset somehow. I'm guessing all you need to do is find out how to program it to get the chirps back. If you dont have your owners manual, find out the exact model number and search delta's website for an online manual.
