whats with this ignition switch one power wire ,one ignition,and a starter no accesory needed for remote start..And this is suposed to have a second starter but it dont this wire that is suposed to be negative is negative but has voltage while car is running and none while starting??? the vehicle is a 2004 caravan.

acc is powered by ign 1.

the 2nd start wire is multiplexed.

measure the voltage of that wire in the different key positions and see what happens.
