I want to install just an autostart on my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, no alarm.  The car has an alarm system along with the transponder key.  The reason I want to install just an autostart is because the factory remote controls the current alarm along with memory seat controls.  Can anyone recommend  a two way starter (like to know it's running without seeing it) which will be able to start the jeep and bypass the transponder and alarm when I start it. So that when I come up to a warm jeep I will be able to use the factory remote to open the ddors turn the alarm off and set the memory seat.

Well you can get a after market alarm,keyless entry, and remote starter combo. The person that installs it has to by pass that transponder, and hook up all the rest of the features. You're not obligated to keep that fac. stuff.
