 Hi,

Installed an alarm on this vehicle, everything went well, but now the customer is calling saying that the factory alarm keeps going off. How can I have them both working, double pulse the door unlock wire?

Please help.

There is really no need for the factory alarm anymore.  It's probably going off because the customer is unlocking the doors with the key instead of using the remote.
