I am looking for multimeter leads that allow you to probe the wire easily. Here is a link to an image from the dei techbay

Those look like scope probe leads. I'm not sure if they make them to fit into a multimeter but they might. Check your local electronics shop. Usually the ends of those are bnc connectors. You could probably make your own if you wanted.

Tools trucks will have them.

A similar one that works very good is often called a 'bed of nails'.

You could try doing a google search on 'Pomona Electronics'. Its stamped on the probe you linked to.
