With all these 2 way alarms, Just wondering if anyone actually got paged and ran to their car and found a thief. Let me know your story.

ran outside and caught two cats playing on the roof of my car. Helped me keep them from putting scratches in the paint.

Friend of mine did. Ran outside, guy was in his back seat, he ran out the other side of the car when he saw him coming. called the cops. they brought the sniffing dog and caught the guy less than a block away, like 20 mins. later. This was a long time ago, with an add on pager unit to an alarm, not like the ones now-a-days. The alarm siren , and parklights were not connected , so it was just a pager. stealth-mode-stylee.

I had a two way pager alarm on my car, it paged me every time the prewarning was triggerd. So I've done ran outside to see kids, cats, garbage trucks, cars with loud exhaust or stereo, and even thunder. But I can honestly say that my alarm has only gone off full blast wailing about 4 or five times. One time, the paper guy threw a newspaper and it landed directly on my hood which set it off waking me up(along with half the neighbors) about 5 am. But every other time, I ran out and no one was anywhere to be seen. So either a ghost set it off, or the bastards ran like holy hell when my alarm went off. By the way, not only do I have a pager, but 4 sirens AND the factory horn honking. Was even thinking about adding air horns, but decided its plenty loud enough already, lol.

damn, i dont even own a 2-way pager. yall hi-ballers..... am still stuck w/ an old-ass viper 600 w/ valet 551t RS add-on.

Hell you can add on the pager to any alarm? Even the viper 600.
