what is the best by pass for that with out using  a spare key? and how do I disarm the factory alarm? thank you

I've only used a key in the box type bypass for the remote start portion so far. Not familiar with any no-key-required bypass that will work with the 04.

As for the factory alarm there is no wire coming off of the key cylinder that disarms the factory alarm. Unless someone makes a database interface your pretty much out of luck. If possible try and install a stand alone remote start to avoid problems with the alarm falsing. Unfortunately the factory alarm is going to arm pretty much any way you lock the doors can't just tell them to not use the factory remote anymore..

If anything you could try a circuit off of the factory alarm disarm wire to fire up both ignition wires AND your bypass and it should shutdown the factory alarm. A pulse might not work you may need to include a pulse timer. Never done this but in theory I think it should work, although it's a lot of work for a factory alarm disarm.. Anyway hope it helps,
