On the crank time you should have a programming menu just go there using that pin switch.

Solaris G4 or G5? Either way it's hooked up to a IS4.
Did you try the Wizard in offline mode?
Does it still show the same?

Are you using SmartWindows 4?
Did you do the auto-learn routine?
Is it the windows that are binding?
Do they go up OK using the OEM switch?
How about if you try to raise them using the manual control in the Wizard?

i don't think solaris will let you adjust crank time if you have it set for tach monitoring, you shouldn't need to if you are using a tach.  I've seen the closure models do this on vehicles with slow moving windows.  Other then taking some of that load off the motor by whatever is causing it, I don't no what to do.  However, I have seen smart windows react very well to slow windows to the point they almost stopped, but the module still knew when they were all the way up.

the starter option at the top in clifford wiz is greyed out so i can't access any setting in online mode but i can see the option in offline mode. the only setting i can change are in the user tab then the display remote starter settings button.
