I was wondering how the window roll-up module knows when to stop rolling up the window. I have and aftermarket power window conversion kit installed and wondered if this would affect the window module in anyway.

They simply apply power to the window's motor wires, and monitor the wire for a dramatic load increase.  Say for instance - when it is "rolling" the window up - it draws 13 -15 amps; if the load jumps to 30 amps, it shuts off.  When your window hits the top of its track, the motor can't spin anymore, and it causes the load to jump.

would it shut off the windows at the same time or individually, because one rolls up slightly slower than the other.
