 Hi I have a Directed dual stage shock sensor and was wondering does it need to be mounted in any particular way like is there an up/down or level??

no....it just needs to be mounted to a good spot....like an a/c duct or a wire harness....you will get maximum sensitivity if you mount it to one of these

if its jammed force it - if it breaks in the process it needed to be fixed anyway

No, you can mount it any way you want. Just make sure it is in a good spot. I personally like to mount it to a wire harness with a couple of zip ties.

 Hi again I was wondering HOW do you adj. the shock sensor which way do you turn the screw to be more sensitive and how much?? and is there a rule of thunb on sensor sensitivity adjustment?

If its dei, look at the side with the hole to adjust the screw. You want to mount it, so you can get a screwdriver in there easily. In other words, mount it so the adjustment is facing you and not against a wall, panel,etc you cant reach.
