I have an 03 dodge neon, with keyless entry. What i would like to do is wire a smart window module to the sunroof to close it when i lock the doors. Is this possible WITHOUT buying a alarm?

it'll work as long as you find a ground when locked output from the keyless entry to hook to the window module

if its jammed force it - if it breaks in the process it needed to be fixed anyway
