Hello. I recently purchased a used 2003 Malibu that originally did not have a keyless remote installed. A Sidwinder 3200HS was installed at the time of purchase at the dealership.
The doorlocks, horn, interior lights (only for unlock) work when I press the lock/unlock and alarm buttons, however the lights do not flash at all.
However, The lights DO flash when I use the manual power lock inside the car. (There is a delay feature that comes stanard with the car. I noticed this before the remote was installed.)
Also, there are two wires that are each connected to a fuse: one to the turn lamps fuse, and the other to the door lock fuse.

What exactly do you want? Just the lights to flash when you lock /unlock the doors with the remote? If so, your sidewinder should do this for you, so if you still can you should take it back where you had it installed and have them hook up the parkinglight output. if you cant take it back then you need to find the output from the unit and hook it up to the parking light wire on the malibu.
