I just installed a DEI 530T Power Window module for my 97 Supra to compliment the RSX 3.5 I have. Everything works fine, but when I arm the alarm, the Passenger side window stops about half an inch from fully closed (right when the glass touches the rubber), but the Driver's side goes all the way up. I would really appreciate anyone has. I'm kind of a novice at alarms. In fact, this is the first one I did! Thanks.

Have you adjusted the jumpers for a higher setting?

I'll try that when I get home from work later. However, will giving it that extra juice do anything to the driver side window, or can I adjust just the passenger side seperately? Thanks.

Two things you can do. First make sure that you have a good clean ground, if you installed the window module inside the door then run your ground into the cab of the vehicle. Second you will probably have to adjust the resistance dipswitches.

How would you adjust the dipswitches?

There is actually a update fix to increase the resistance even higher for higher load, but you have to open up the module and add resistors. I have seen it on the directech update sheet on the web. I would send you the diagram but I don't have access to the Directech.

Yea I'm having that same problem on my 2001 Honda Accord. The window doesn't roll up all the way and it is annoying to drive down the street with a little bit of air blowing into the window.

If you open the 530 up and all you see is microchips and not resistors then the problem is already been fixed.
