I'm also having a problem with the Ford Gem. I have the Automate 553, made by DEI. My problem has to do with the doors unlocking. For some reason, sometimes the doors will just not unlock. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens enough to make me wanna hurt someone. I never have a problem when locking the doors, that works 100%. I have taken it to the dealer several times but no luck. One time they set it to double pulse and that worked for three weeks straight the all of sudden just stop working consistantly. Someone please help me
