audiovox say that it is have Range of up to 1,400 but i only get like 500 i call audiovox and the rep say put the antenna looking down i did that nothing give me a long range. what can i do . i did not use the Remote Start all i use was the pager .:(

weak batt. in the remote could cause range issues

try a new batt. in the remote.
