does any one no how to reprogram remotes for a crimestopper cs-2009-1.thanks

I left my main alrm fuse out last night while working on power trunk release and when i hooked everything back up the remotes would not work and my installatoin manual is locked up at work.I would really like to see if the trunk release works so if any one knows how to reprogram Id really apprciate it .thanks

OK I still cannot get the remotes to program does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong or am i programming it wrong,  on/off on/off on wait two seconds press the valet switch should chirp 4 times (it does) and then hit arm/disarm button twice should chirp to confirm( it dosent) is this correct?
