Hi. I'm installing an alarm into a 2001 dodge ram. Its the audiovox aux500. I tagged the door lock wire, and then 5 wired the unlock wire and the alarm will not lock or unlock. I felt a click from the relay but nothing happens. I 5 wired both and got nothing as well, and it also clicked. Can anyone tell me what I'm suppose to do for the door locks. Thanks

Power Lock:
ORANGE / VIOLET
BLACK 8 PIN CONNECTOR

Power Unlock:
PINK/VIOLET
IN DRIVER'S KICK PANEL ***

that doesnt make sense.....check the info above...my other site is down right now....if i get the info, i will send it to you..

Did your truck have factory keyless. If so, you only needed to 5 wire the unlock. or you can use ORANGE / green for lock and pink/green for unlock. These are found to the right of the steering column

lock-ORANGE / voilet
unlock-pink/voilet

5 wire reverse polarity system...
