I am having trouble understanding the interface to:

Power Door Locks (620 and 2700 ohm resistors) and the Parking Light Flash(park lights energized by a fac relay and 44-49ohm resistance in the headlight/BCM circuit). Do I have to hook-up with resistors and relays or can I take the negative output pulse directly to the factory relay(s) ground side of coil?

You will have to hook up both the relays and the resistors to make the keyless entry work properly:
