does any one know how to add a led on to a factory alarm so when you arm it the led will blink

Nope. The most you can do is wire a flashing led to turn on when the key is in the off position.

You can purchase a 3 wire led that will begin to blink as soon as you turn your vehicle off.  It won't be tied in to the alarm but it will flash when the ignition is off and shut off when power is applied.
