I currently have an alarm hooked up to aftermarket 2 wire actuators. I would like to have a switch added so I can lock / unlock without having to use the alarm remote and arming / disarming alarm.

I've searched for the past hour trying to see a solution to this that doesn't involve having two sets of relays (one in alarm and one I add) to do this. It has to be more simple and I just not seeing it.

This is what I have for wires on the alarm and what my manual says the wires connect to.

White - Input 1 (87a)

Green - Output 1 - Lock (30)

Blue - Output 2 - Unlock (30)

Brown - Input 2 (87a)

Violet - Polarity Select (87)

Currently White, and Brown are grounded, Violet is 12V, and green and blue connect to green and blue on my actuators.

Is there any way to connect a switch to this and make it work without a second set of relays?

use to push button switches and send ground to the lock and unlock triggers out of the alarm into the 2 relays

Relays are built into alarm...

I'm afraid I will have to just leave the relay setup in the alarm and then have another set of relays just for the switch. Then I will have 2 different sets of relays that control the actuators. Was hoping for some other solution that I can't think of. I can do it like this but it seems like a waste. Now I wish I bought an alarm without built in relays.

You have several options.

Option 1: rewire the actuators to a set of relays INSTEAD of the relays built into the alarm. Then wire up the alarm to trigger these relays(wire it up as a negative pulse system)and you can also have a switch(or two switches) trigger these relays.

Option 2: Wire up a switch and two relay to interface into the wiring just like you would a negative reversal doorlock system.

Option 3: Get a 5 wire switch and interface into the lock wiring just like you would a negative reversal.

Personally, I'd go with option one. I've done this before in several customers cars who were in the same boat as you, wanted a switch, but already had an alarm with built in relays. I just wired up the actuators to two relays, then wired the relays in the alarm as I would for a negative pulse system to trigger the relays. I also tied the lock and unlock wires from the switch in with the lock and unlock wires from the alarm, so both the alarm AND the switch triggered the locks. VOILA!
