connected the bown wire as follow , both off the female ends to the module . cut the brown wire in to half.

fing the starter wire on the vec . cut it open . join your brown wires to the starter wires.

what kind off vec,the 2561m is for a manual tran . so you need to bypass the clucth . if is a positive .  then just  used your yellow wire from the ultra starter to bypass . if is neg then you would run a relay and used the yellow

wire to the relay as the trigger.

i'm doing an installation on a 1995 honda accord lx. so if i use the starter disable feature i don't need to connec the yellow wire to the starter wire of the vec and use it for clutch bypass? this is the first time installation on a manual tranny and my first time working with ultrastart. so, any help is very much appreciated.

also, if i don't want to use the starter disable feature and connect the yellow wire to the vec, can i use "ground when running" (WHITE/ violet) to bypass the clutch?

the starter disable feature is a fuction , in which when the alarm is going off . it will disable power to the starter .

when you are installing a remote starter on to  a manual tran vec. the power supply for the starter comes out from the ignition switch (right). then it goes the clucth switch . if you don't step on the clutch pedal ,power doesn't get to the starter . that is why you need to run the clutch bypass . so  this what you need to used the yellow wire from the ultra starter module to do.

also if you used the ground when running wire. you would bypass te clucth all the time . when the vec is remote

started.

sorry should have ask you that first . if you step on the clucth and is a neg out put .then you need to used the yellow wire to the starter wire on the vec. then need to used the white wire from the ultra starter to bypass the clucth. remember you need to move the jump pin on the module to starter only . the instruction manual you got

with the remote will show you.

on hooking up the relay , go under basics for relays . it will show you how to hooked up the relay.

you needs to use the white wire from the uktra start as the trigger.

also you should know that , with the ultra starter for the manual you needs to hooked up the door trigger wire.

in order for the module to work properly. the green is the neg door trigger or the purple is the positive.
