Hello. I’m new bee in this forum. I had a 2000 Lexus GS 300, has a factory basic Keyless entry with 3 buttons built in the ignition key. I want to add in a remote start using a factory remote to control the DEI part no.551T.... and the module 555U to bypass the immobilizer during remote start. I have not done this kind of work on this car before; if anyone has any info please let me know I really appreciate.

Yeah, type your posts in textpad as opposed to word and maybe we could read them. As far as tying into factory keyless, I still don't see the point of this. Aftermarket remotes get 3 times (at a bare minumum) better range and has more features then you stupid a@@ factory remote. Can it be done, yes. But why?

Thanks for you reply auex. I really like my factory remote, it builds in everythings Lock/unlock, trunk release, window up/down, sunroop,,,, except the remote start.
