Does anyone know how to program the Rattler 369D to do a 3.5 second door unlock pulse instead of the default 0.8 second one??

I didn't see anything in the install manual about it so I don't think it is possible.

But if you go to the Directed website and look at the feature comparison it says that the 369D supports a 0.8/3.5 sec door lock pulse.

I would call Directed's help line but I bought the 369D off eBay and it didn't come up with the "access code" which they require to give me support.

Did you look in the program section of the install manual?

No where in the programming options in the install menu does it say anything about 3 second pulse, it does however mention single or double pulse unlock. It may only be able to be activated through a bitwriter. Did you notice on the rattler comparison page that they spelled code hopping "code-hooping"?
