remote start door unlock problem

i have the viper 550esp installed in my 97 merc e320...why does my door locks pop up when ever i remote start the car and when i disarm and arm while it is in remote start mode, the door locks wont go down or up? i tried sending a signal to the door lock wire and the locks does not pop up when i remote start..i thought that was the solution, but when i disarm the car, the lock would not pop up. i have to take the remote start off then use my factory alarm to unlock the doors....hmmmm

Hm..does your alarm have some type of programming state. If so go into the programming and adjust it.

it does, i tried everything i guess...doesnt give me an option to turn that feature off though...

any more assistance? or should i leave it at that, whenever i remote start, before i enter the car i must stop the remote start and disarm my facory alarm.....
