i need to know how to bypass the factory keyless entry so i can install a hornet 725 sys

Lock = Gray

Unlock = Purple

Polarity = Negative

Location = Smart Entrance Control Unit, under dash to the right of the steering column, black or blue in color.

You don't bypass the keyless entry, you just don't use the remotes.
