I have a viper 300esp alarm system. I just changd the battery in the remote and now it is not working. I looked in the owners guide and it says that it could be out of sync and to press the "one button" on the remote a few times and it will then be back in sync. I tried this and it is not working. My spare remote still working fine.

Is there something im doing wrong? Or is there another way to reprogram the remotes?

How would I reprogram the transmitters?

DO i need any special tools?
