bad ground in radio effecting alarm?

i installed a cd player in my car, and ever since i've been having problems with my alarm going off a few min, after i set it, would it have anything to do with a bad ground in the radio?posted_image

Do you know if there were any wires that the alarm was attached to on the OEM radio ??

well, when i took out the original radio, it had a very strange assortment of wiring harnesses, atleast one that i am not familiar with.. one harness imparticular, had one single wire attatched to it, it was black, with a yellow stripe...someone at a car audio place said it was useless..could that be it, and if so, what do i do?

it's a '93 mitsubishi diamante  it's got the factory "anti-theft" protection...posted_image
