Locking Mechanism -Reversed Polarity -Is this right?

Or should I follow this diagram. On the webpage one its no. 85 outputs on this one is no.85 and no. 86. Can you do both ways or am I LOCO.

Both ways will work, the one on your manural is for pre wired harness.

The relay coils have no polarity. It will work either way.
